>enter in the mobile phone in this format 0412123123. The system will search for an existing contact. If client has already visited before, then you can just 'Create Test Drive and Loan Car'. If client is visiting for the first time, then move on to the next step.
PLEASE NOTE: You should still sight the drivers licence and make sure it has not expired.
> The 'State' will be defaulted to your dealerships state. For someone with a drivers licence from another state use the drop down option and select the state.

- Photo will then upload and then process labels. (this may take 5 – 10 seconds)
- The performance of the automatic fields will depend on photo quality, but it should be noted it isn’t perfect. This feature uses Machine Learning which learns the correct fields and text. So in theory the more we use it, the better it will get.
- Please check the data and correct any issues, enter in mobile number and email is optional.
- Click Save 'Test Drive' .
- If an email was entered, drivible will check to see if the email is valid. If email doesn't exist you will be given an alert. Email address does not appear to exist - Please check spelling.
NEXT SCREEN
- Type Rego#. If rego has been used before then details should pre-populate. Select the Loan Type; 'Accompanied', 'Unaccompanied', or 'Loan Car'. If Rego has not been used before, move on to the next step.
- Select New, Demo or Used.
- Search for the Car, or Type a Description.
- Client should already be selected.
- Depending on your default department, Loan Type will be pre-populated. However, you can change Loan Type to; 'Accompanied', 'Unaccompanied', or 'Loan Car'.
- 'Assigned to User' will be defaulted to you. If you have manager permissions you can use the drop down box to Re-Assign.
Click or tap 'Save Test Drive and Loan Car', the Client will then be sent an SMS.
PLEASE NOTE:
Please don’t allow a customer to take car without the customer typing ' BEGIN' in their phone. 'BEGIN' is the customer acknowledging t&cs and is the recognition of the agreement/contract.
Remind the customer they should type ‘FINISH’ when they return the car. You can manually update the return date/time by going to Test Drives and Loan Cars via the menu, find your test drive and then clicking edit.
